Stephanie has been coaching at Renegade Fitness since 2019. She believes in connecting science to implementation through evidence-based practice and education. Her goal is to help people feel confident in their ability to increase strength, power, and endurance to meet their personal goals. She strives to help people feel comfortable and self-empowered in the gym space. Stephanie believes that human movement is amazing and beautiful in its complexity and coordination. When not at Renegade, Stephanie can be found running, researching, and weight training.
