5 Week Thrive Nutrition Coaching Program

This is our flagship short term nutrition program to improve yourself and your health through personalized nutrition coaching and exercise. We’re here to help you kickstart feeling healthy and strong, without resorting to shortcuts or unsustainable extremes.

Thrive is for anyone looking for an individualized approach to nutrition coaching that truly fits their lifestyle, without all the messy guesswork.

This coached 5-week program teaches you:

  • How to understand portions
  • How protein, carbs, and fats work together
  • How to track your food with confidence
  • How to plan and create nutritious, balanced meals

You and your coach will use personalized metrics to track progress in a way that makes sense for you.

This program is designed to help you thrive with better nutrition and fitness habits by meeting you exactly where you are.

Why You Should Commit

If you’re feeling stuck with your results, nutrition is often the missing piece. Learning the fundamentals of nutrition and how to navigate your needs through different seasons of life allows you to build an invaluable, long-term skill set.

While the primary objective of this program isn’t explicitly weight loss, body recomposition, or performance, building strong nutrition habits often leads to positive changes in all of those areas.

After 5 weeks of one-on-one coaching, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and structure to more efficiently pursue your wellness, performance, and aesthetic goals.

  • Weekly check-ins with a certified nutrition coach and registered dietician to meet you where you're at & progress you if you've had the basics already. We will provide basic food understanding and more in depth knowledge of macronutrients.
  • Coaching app - providing food and habit  tracking, accountability, education and integration with popular activity trackers.  You will learn how to build balanced meals to support your goals. The program doesn’t just tell you what to eat, we go over how and why, so you can better understand food.
